…Always make me smile. I was so happy to wake up this morning and find it raining in WEHO, the air smells fresh, the streets are clean and my morning walk to grab coffee with the dog was so refreshing. Even LA drivers on Santa Monica Blvd seemed relaxed and I didn’t once hear the sliding of another car into another at those stupid cross walks. Ok I’m starting to get bitter again… here’s the pic!

BEWARE IT CAN REALLY ADD UP!
It’s sad for this to be my first real post in a way, however I feel so strongly about West Hollywood City Councils’ blatant abuse of power on this issue that I feel I should get this one out of the way!
When I first moved here over 10yrs ago, parking was not great in this wonderful city, however there was considerably more of it, including ’Rock Star’ parking in front of Rage and several more great spots around town that have long since gone by the wayside. But, due to their contract with Parking enforcement & Johnson’s Towing the council has in fact made more money by removing parking spaces and making the ones they do have almost pointless. [15minutes only, Taxis after 6pm, Charging until 10pm etc etc] and don’t even get me started on ’street cleaning!’ days making it almost impossible to park anywhere on the street you actually reside! I was out taking some pics today for the site and saw three people getting tickets… Anyway, enough of my rant, if you come into West Hollywood WATCH OUT! It’s worth spending an extra 5minutes when you park to find the sign that relates to where your car is, then another 5 minutes trying to decipher what the sign means, before you head off into the club for that ‘cheap drink special!’
Parking Enforcement are fast at issuing the tickets!
