Best way to end a Birthday Week is on the Skewer

So my fun filled birthday week ended with a full day of work and workouts then dinner. After work, I went across the street to 24 Hour Fitness, did some cardio, then met up with a friend for a hike at Runyon Canyon. We decided to head to dinner at SKW (formerly, Skewers). The place, itself is a bit small, just like the other businesses on the same street. We arrived just in time for Happy Hour, however, the HH menu was not very appeasing, but then again, we came for dinner. What’s in those Greens to make them so Tender??

Tonight I decided to grab a small bite to eat before going to 24 Hour Fitness. I didn’t want something that would drag me down, but something that would fill me up with enough energy to last my hours work-out. I came across Tender Greens. I have eaten here before and remembered how big their portions were, and decided that this was the place that would satisfy my needs.
